All items need to be pre-palletised for transportation through the Palletline network. We are able to supply pallets and wrap at an extra cost if required.

Absolutely we will! Just call our despatch and collections team and we will task one of our lorries in the area to collect your pallet(s).

If you ask for a particular time for the pallet to be picked up we will endeavour to do our best to pick up the pallet at the time you specify.

Yes we will! But please speak to our collections team about access - is there enough room for our lorry to get close to your premises? Please also inform our collections team that it will need to be a tail-lift collection.

Yes we can! please let our collections team know that a pallet truck and tail-lift will be needed to pick up your pallet and a lorry with those facilities will be despatched to pick up your pallet.
